Stupid question: why does the FAA care whether your heli/plane has a camera, or whether the camera stores the footage vs transmitting it in real time? Guns and missiles, I understand we might want to regulate a bit :-) It seems like the weight, location, and height depending on the location would be the primary safety issue.
