What do you mean by "bad at recognizing it in others"? Do you mean we can't tell who is empathetic?
- Kalium 12y agoEmpathy can manifest in many forms. People can't always recognize the behavior that results from empathy as a manifestation of empathy. So, yes. I do mean that. It's not always clear who is being empathetic and who isn't.
- kelukelugames 12y agoAre you saying if I think someone is in a jerk then they are actually being empathetic in a different way?
