It's true. My concern is that well designed, tasteful and thoughtful services are seen as hipster. I'd imagine that anything with a font size that is readable can be dismissed as hipster bullshit by enterprise clients. Even gov.uk was derided for having a clean design. But, we've seen many times that our enterprise clients are drawn towards the design of somewhere.com, they want to use something that was built to be enjoyed. Taste is a barrier.
