This is called social engineering.
- pron 12y agoIt actually has an older, more common, name: policy. Doing something and not doing something are both kinds of policy, and are both choices we make. Pretending that the market forces are somehow neutral or natural is factually false. They are nothing more than the product of a certain chosen policy.
