Apparently he was fired, but not for his conduct with Pao, but for sexually harassing another female partner.

- RockyMcNuts 12y agoAs I follow it on my scorecard, he got promoted to senior partner after this, and after the issue with the other partner. Then, when the lawsuit was filed and he was going to come under public scrutiny for a pattern of problems, he got fired.
