The technical work is about 50% working on new features and 50% tracking down customer issues. The non-technical stuff is a mix of blogging, twitter, going to events, public speaking, e-mailing prospects, calling people, customer support and enterprise sales ground work. The percentages vary wildly depending on what is going on at the time.
