Icey, Great call, will be far more interesting this way. I think designers are a great way to humanize a service. For all the lip service Apple gets re: design it is a bit surprising that fewer startups use it as a competitive advantage. The AirBNB guys from YCW09 are a great example of a team with 2 designers on the founding team who have gone on to great success.
