I think the main problem is we have a set of unsubstantiated claims. HN is avoiding rushing to judgement on the situation ... while simultaneously rushing to judge this woman's mental state. I get the feeling a couple people have an ax to grind and the majority are just following along because it looks like reasoned discourse.
