O'Reilly has a book called "Designing Interfaces: Patterns for Effective Interaction Design" by Jennifer Tidwell. It's a little out of date, but has a lot of the big ideas and useful bibliographies to dig in deeper.
- nateweiss 12y agoI agree with this recommendation. It's a good book.
- yojo 12y agoI've read this, and appreciate that it is a useful thing. However, (as the title suggests), it's about the user level interaction design of components, not code level patterns that promote reuse and maintainability. Like the OP, I'd love to find more resources on good programming patterns.
