I really hope companies read and learn from this. It is absolutely maddening how bad hiring currently is. As someone who has been on both sides of the hiring process it's just frustrating. If you are being interviewed you are basically put in front of a firing squad. If you are interviewing you are the one pulling the trigger. Maddening.
