I have had my share of anxiety that led to stress that led to depression that led to my selling my stake in the company for a dollar. There is no easy cure, but there is a simple one! First understand that shame and anxiety cannot survive sunlight, so start share your worries. Also start doing yoga/tai chi/meditation or some similar physical and mental training. And then practise letting go (see Leo from zenhabits book on the subject.) It works slowly and takrs time, but it works!
