That's like saying the problem that exists for my business is the millions of people who don't want to use my product because they meet their needs in other ways. Trying to expand your customer base is fine, but I don't see trying to do it by forcing your customers on to your other products as effective. Look at Google+.
- quadrangle 12y agoThat's exactly what I mean. Lots of business set out to solve the problem of "we're not making all the money we could" rather than actually provide increased value to the world. Google Contributor makes perfect sense from Google's interests. The design makes only more questionable sense in terms of society's interests.
