National laws apply in the corresponding country in principle universally. If a company from country A sells something in country B then the sale is under the laws of country B.
- esturk 12y agoWould it be possible for this case to be kick up to a higher court and eventually encompassing the entire EU? I assume these copyright/copyleft cases are standardized across all of EU.
