We borrowed a lot from the typical startup playbook at Perfect Audience and ended up with a place that was a pleasure to work at, but for its own idiosyncratic reasons unique to PA. The general methods, team dinners, relaxed environment, lack of meetings, hiring good friendly people, are the same, the culture that grows out of that is different everywhere.
