I was lucky enough to be a beta tester for this and it's really neat. You don't even think about it, but there is this massive cognitive overhead we all go through trying to sync up some notes that are "over there" where "there" is Evernote, a Google Doc, or a text file and toggling back and forth. I don't use it for everything (no grocery lists) - but for lots of the computer based tasks I do it is perfect.
