In my neighborhood, the admins will post questions like "does anybody know Joe Smith from south 3rd street?" for anyone they can't confirm via property records.
- eitally 12y agoThat's because the system automatically sends the lead(s) an email anytime someone new from the neighborhood tries to join uninvited. If someone joins via personal referral, that isn't required.
