120 days ago I argued here that we would most likely put regulations in place: https://news.ycombinator.com/item?id=8546701 https://news.ycombinator.com/item?id=8546701 I still think that is true, and it will most likely come from the UN. If it ends up becoming a legitimate threat we will regulate it the same way we regulate nukes - or at least we'll try to (and most likely fail miserably).
