I'm currently administering a Drupal site and plan to migrate to WordPress. One of the big reasons is that, every time I look for a solution to a Drupal problem that someone else has solved via a module, the best I get is something that only works on version 6 and hasn't been updated for two years. Whenever I check for similar solutions on WordPress, I almost always find something up-to-date that solves my problems. I'll gladly pay $50 for some premium plugin so I don't have to write my own. I've got plenty of other things to do in the day.
