Eli Bendersky announces pykaleidoscope ^. LLVM's tutorials are implementations of the Kaleidoscope compiler in C++ or OCaml. He has published a version to github using python and llvmlite. It only lacks the Chapter 8 debugging because of a llvmlite limitation.
