sadly the senior support support guy told me since it doesn't clearly state "graphic problems or random reboots" there's a good chance his request will be denied. Didn't take it in during those problem since it "worked" and was out of warranty, but did when that last reboot wouldn't 'reboot'. Lesson learned :S
