Kernel panic in latest OS X in 10 lines of C
- nsnick 12y agoCan someone explain how this is causing a kernel panic?
- hobarrera 12y agoNot a single line of comment, nor any explanation on why this panics.
- elcct 12y agoMaybe it panics because of lack of comments
- nanofortnight 12y agoThis is probably silly of me, but if you had an understanding of the mach subsystem this is pretty straightforward to understand, no comments necessary.
- glhaynes 12y agoRan it on my MBP. It crashed: panic(cpu 6 caller 0xffffff80201b61ad): "NO ENTRY TO DELETE"@/SourceCache/xnu/xnu-2782.20.26/osfmk/vm/vm_map_store_rb.c:118
- therein 12y agoDoes this actually work? Can anyone confirm?
- elcct 12y agoDoesn't work, I get kernel panic :(
- chicknbig0 12y agoInstapanic on 10.10.2 (build 14C109, xnu-2782.10.72~2), without root.
