- hipaathrowaway 12y agoThis. I've recently begun anonymously reporting HIPAA violations in FLEX pager systems. Unfortunately the act of demodulating these unencrypted signals easily obtained with a $5 SDR potentially constitutes a felony. This absolutely terrifies me.
