That's very rarely the case, I think it's more to do with the fact that I'm still learning. I've become more and more comfortable with FP over the last year and I enjoy being able to utilise the new things I pick up, but I don't think I've ever worked on a project purely to try something new. I tend to experiment at work too and our products always ship.
