I've brainstormed a discovery model where your content gets seen by say, 100 people. If X% {buy|pay|like} it, then another 100 people see it. And so on. Rotating. Any sites that do this?

Ironically, this is effectively what Blizzard's Battle.net custom game list screen did. (every time someone joined, it would bump up a hosted game to visibility)
