You may want to form a legit company. Get an EIN number from the IRS - http://www.irs.gov/businesses/small/article/0,,id=98350,00.html http://www.irs.gov/businesses/small/article/0,,id=98350,00.h... Set up a business banking account with a bank using that number. Give that info to Apple, when they pay you, use some of that money to set up an LLC through legal zoom - just the bare stuff, none of the extra fluff they try to sell you. And at some point you'll have to pay some taxes. Good luck!
