My problem is that I actually don't know how to do 'outsourcing'. How do I look for a dev that speaks my language? How do I pay them? Are there any legal obligations on my behalf? How will my accountant deal with paying an international employee? Am I going to have to pay a consultant to get questions about outsourcing answered? There are too many unknowns for me, as a startup.
