The amount of money at stake is probably not he same, but the anonymity of Bitcoin makes up for attractiveness as a target. AFAIK most smaller banks use third party software/services. Maybe there is a need for a bitcoin exchange software provider that takes care of the critical parts and you build your interface/business on top.
