A $125K floor-rate in the SF-bay area sounds about right. The competition for developers hasn't let up, and many startups ($10M+ in funding) are using cash as a weapon. This IMO represents the biggest threat to early-stage startups out of YC or other incubators. Anything less than $100K is not a liveable salary in San Francisco.
