- conradfr 12y agoAre you supposed to have a project manager in a lean or agile ? No, you're a self-reliable and democratic driven team with a PO as a single point of contact, with no hierarchy that will mess up this beautiful utopia.
- ukigumo 12y agoExactly! No architecture, no structure, no process, no documentation and with some luck, no money either.
