Law enforcement SOP requires an independent investigation. That was not performed. The trial is a separate issue, and has its own package of issues. I'm far more concerned with the FBI acting almost as an extension of Goldman, effectively abrogating their responsibility to investigate prior to arrest to a large private corporation.
