For anybody reading Eridrus' comment, it's a bunch of non sequiturs that indicate no understanding of software licensing. Rather than go through each sentence and point out why it's wrong myself, just read the GPL and a couple statements by Stallman first. Then as an exercise, read each sentence and point out why it's either wrong, or not even wrong.
