- PhasmaFelis 12y agoYou can't "knock off" a cuisine concept, only a specific product. Also, I'm kind of sick of the notion that any recipe invented in America must automatically be inferior to its foreign predecessor. It's ridiculous to care more about how "authentic" food is than about how it actually tastes.
