I don't think you understand what a wine service charge is. The staff do not get the fee, the restaurant does. This is entirely different than a tip.

- anigbrowl 12y agoIf you're talking about corkage fees, that's split between the staff, same as tips. But you didn't say anything about it being your own bottle of wine, so I couldn't be sure.
