I call myself programmer, but we generally refer to ourselves as developers now. At the previous place, we were Programmer/Analysts and then right before I left they had changed it to Software Engineers. I find it all pretty amusing.
- jay_kyburz 12y agoI like the term Developer because I do a lot of things all day that I believe are more important that the actual "programming". Working out what the product should be and how users interact with it for example.
