Try updating your firmware and desktop software. New versions were released today which should significantly improve print quality.
- bluedino 12y agoBleeding edge, daily updates to make the product work at a somewhat reasonable level. It's like the users are guinea pigs.
- EC1 12y agoThe users are guinea pigs. That's how it's always been.
- willtheperson 12y agoHow many products are there in the world that cannot be refined? Just because a new version or refinement exists, does not invalidate the usefulness of the original, nor does it mean the original users were guinea pigs. Now when a product has zero utility in it's first version, that's different. But I would argue you should demand your money back at that point.
- decktech 12y agoHuh? They release new software/firmware every few weeks. Many people don't bother upgrading, so they don't see any improvements.
