Wow. really? That sucks, but I'm guessing it is a marketing fail on Dropbox's part. You were probably logged into Dropbox with the browser you were using? So they showed you some promo crap instead of what you were trying to see. The link is (supposed to be) a public link to a screenshot of their app that shows the "Add Account" dialog, with only two choices: Google and iCloud.
