- Someone1234 12y agoRight... I'm very confused by that first paragraph. The whole "sooner" thing seems to be lacking context. Sooner than what? What was that reply in response to? This reply seems to add new information, but hasn't really clarified what you were trying to say earlier.
- tenpoundhammer 12y agoMy writing comprehension is getting tore up! "Sooner" should have been drawn out into a new sentence. That sentence should clarify that I was not entitled to be upset about not getting the appropriate internet speed in the past several months, because I had not complained about it sooner. Does that help?
- smt88 12y agoDid you not have a DOCSIS 3 modem?
- tenpoundhammer 12y agoNope
- smt88 12y agoSo, again, this is totally reasonable on Comcast's part. You didn't have a modem that's compatible with their service.
- tenpoundhammer 12y agoI feel like you have some strong experience in this area. As a consumer, the communication I got about a new modem is that I should get one because better things will happen. I was not told my speeds would be dramatically and they would refuse to provide the service I was paying for. I probably would have switched sooner if they had.
