- jbob2000 12y agoAnd you just pulled your design out of thin air? You woke up one day magically having this design idea without any prior influence? Please, you had your own references as well. At my company, we routinely look at what our competitors are doing and we routinely look at ways of integrating their ideas into our product. It's not stealing, it's just business.

- jbob2000 12y agoYou're creating a straw man. I don't disagree that he's copied you. I disagree that it's stealing. I don't think what he did is wrong.

- xtracto 12y agoIf the only differentiator and "secret sauce" in your product is a bunch of CSS and some D3 layouts, you've got a problem. Stop whining and start creating some real backend system and process so that you can offer real value to your customers. I bet you would love to get patents on those charts and color combinations uh?
