Startup Control Panel is usually the first thing I install if I wind up getting parachuted into a random Windows machine - first step in finding the wood amongst the trees:

- listic 17y agoWhy, when every Windows machine includes includes msconfig? And there's also regedit.
- jodrellblank 17y agoBecause msconfig isn't very good or very comprehensive. I don't think you can even delete things from it, only disable them.
