Help me make sense of Google Analytics and Webmaster

I have recently launched a resource aggregation site for machine learning but have not announced it to anyone as it is not complete. Google Webmaster says there are only 3 clicks to the site links. Google Analytics on the other hand records 100 sessions from different countries (So they all cannot be my sessions ;) ). Google Analytics reports that nearly 70% of that traffic is 'direct'. But that is unexpected as I did not announce the presence of the website. Are there other factors in play that I am not aware of? Is any of the metrics wrong? Has anyone faced this issue? Edit: Most of these sessions are yesterday. Yesterday also happens to be the day that I setup CloudFlare account for the site. So it could be the multiple cloudflare nodes caching the site and are in the process, pulling the google analytics js file too. But do they execute the javascript too? Else how is google analytics aware of the different accesses?
