I’m in the exact opposite spot. For me it’s becoming a bad thing. • Lack of confidence • Lack of self-esteem • Lack of aggressiveness • Lack of fearlessness I’m much too humble and too honest. Although these are great personal qualities, and can help when working in groups, in the end they do not get you very far, nor quickly, in business.
