- m0th87 12y agoWhy not change the design before they ask, in order to not make a clear copyright violation?
- ceejayoz 12y agoIf they dig up this thread, their lawyers can very easily demonstrate willful trademark violation, which lets them really nail you to the wall if they take you to court. You know you're in violation of their trademark. Fix it.
- vertex-four 12y agoYou're in violation of their trademark at least. There is nothing, anywhere on that page that suggests that you are not Heroku or acting in concert with Heroku, and you're using their logo and branding heavily.
