- tom-lord 12y agoNor in The Bahamas, Brunei, Burkina Faso, Burma, Burundi, Cameroon, Central African Republic, Comoros, Cote d'Ivoire, ... (that's just the letters 'B' and 'C' - I gave up after that!)
- ximeng 12y agoNot a big surprise - 600k population and a slow incumbent monopoly telecom provider means hard work to support for not much reward.
