- pacificmint 12y agoUsing a stingray would be just as illegal as the Wifi jamming for you, me and the Marriot. Whether law enforcement or other government agencies have the right to use a stingray (or wifi jamming for that matter) is a totally different debate. (One that we should have, ideally before they start using it, but a different one nonetheless)
