Hacker News two days ago: Cringley claims 110 000 lay-offs Hacker News yesterday: It's actually 1100 layoffs. Hacker News today: A new article, citing both those articles, but using the headline from the first. Uh...why is this back? I don't see any reason to believe this headline. Granted, I'm not fully up-to-speed on this saga, but this looks somewhat-credibly debunked to me.
