- Kiro 12y agoHow does HiDPI work on Linux? Is everything scaled to twice the size like with retina?
- hpaavola 12y agoUbuntu has a slider that lets you to adjust the multiplier, see http://www.phoronix.net/image.php?id=0x2014&image=unity_hidpi_1_show&w=1920 http://www.phoronix.net/image.php?id=0x2014&image=unity_hidp... Not sure about other distros.
- wooger 12y agoGnome shell has support for HiDPI scaling buried in the Gnome Tweak Tool settings. Sadly, you can mess yourself up if you go exploring in there, see a slider, wonder what it does and give it a go. On a non-HiDPI display anyway!
- sibbl 12y agoworks fine on 200dpi Windows as well.
