On the last point, if the CPA retired 10 years ago, and some state government (e.g. CA) comes after you, does the CPA's insurance still work?
- jonstokes 12y agoNo idea. I thought of that question right after I posted it, as well. I'm assuming it does, but I should look into that. Like, if he quits paying the premium, does it just go away and then you're still screwed?
