I appreciate that big-time... it's been a great trip and experience. And yes, I want Desk to be a "great" product but it's going to take time for it to really mature in that direction... I've had a great start and I'm glad that software is iterative... always room for improvement. The community has helped a ton in helping to qualify new features (that make sense) and reward me through my execution.
