- rhino369 12y agoOnly if you don't include housing costs and increased costs for stuff like food and materials. Yuppies (like myself) drive up rent prices anywhere near public transit. Ghettos are cheaper than suburbia but the trade off is less security and selling your kids future down the toilet.
