I for one have switched from Android (I mainly develop for Android) the first time to an iPhone (6 Plus) because Apple finally provides a "phablet" and I'd definitely switch back to Android if they should stop selling this form factor in the future. But I agree that the accessibility feature is useless, so I've just turned it off.
